Israel’s Minister of Finance Pinhas Sapir arrived in Washington for a number of meetings with high level U.S. and international banking officials.
Mr. Sapir met with David Bell, head of the U.S. Agency for International Development and reviewed problems of American development assistance to Israel. He also met the director of the U.S. Export-Import Bank, Mr. Linder and with Secretary of the Treasury, Douglas Dillon.
