Saul Hayes, executive vice-president of the Canadian Jewish Congress has sent a wire to Guy Favreau, newly named Minister of Justice for Canada, urging that he consider the recently broadcast distribution of anti-Semitic material inciting to genocide — it advocates sterilization of Jews — as material which should be subject to a legal ban because of its incitement to violence.
