The Conservative movement has joined other forces in California in defending the present State Fair Housing Law which the California Realtors Association is trying to upset through a referendum.

Victor Horowitz, chairman of the Social Actions Commission of the Pacific region of the United Synagogue of America, announced adherence to those forces in this state -Catholic, Jewish and Protestant -who are determined to defend the law. Represented on the Commission, in addition to the United Synagogue itself, are the Rabbinical Assembly, National Women’s League and the National Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs.
