The board of directors of Bank Leumi le-Israel, has authorized the distribution of a special 10 per cent stock dividend and the payment from 1963 earnings of a final cash dividend of six and one-half per cent of par, bringing the total dividend for 1963 to 12-1/2 per cent which the bank has been paying since 1953, it was announced here today by Gideon Strauss, executive vice-president in charge of American Operations of the bank. Shares of the bank were offered in the United States in 1962 and 1963.
