Two German-Jewish film actors, Elizabeth Bergner and Ernst Deutsch, as well as film writer Ludwig Berger were presented with gold ribbons for special artistic merit by West German Interior Minister Hermann Hoecherl, during the Film Festival today. The recipients emigrated to the United States when Hitler came to power.
