The first Dutch study mission to Israel will proceed there October 13 for a two-week visit, it was announced here today. The mission is being organized by the Keren Hayesod in the Netherlands, in cooperation with the Israel Government. The program of the tour includes a visit to an air base, the Mekorot water project, Haifa harbor, and Beersheba.
