Canadian Post Office Bans Hate Mailings by ‘white’ U.S. Group

John R. Nicholson, Canada’s Postmaster General, informed the House of Commons today that materials sent by the National White American Party of Birmingham, Ala., had been banned from the mails. He also asked the legislators to report to him the receipt of all envelopes containing anti-Semitic or racist material. The Canadian Jewish Congress had asked the Government last March to take steps to check hate peddlers.
