Three Soviet leaders in the field of aviation will leave here for Israel October 14, to attend the 57th general conference of the International Aeronautical Federation, to convene next week in Tel Aviv, it was announced here today.
The delegation will include Vladimir Kokkinaki, well-known Soviet test pilot; Stepan Mikoyan, a test pilot and a son of USSR President Anastas Mikoyan; and Alexander Tatyan-chenko, a member of the presidium of the Soviet Aviation Federation,
