Frank Cousins, the Minister of Technology in Britain’s new Labor Government, emphasized today that the Government would maintain close and friendly relations with Israel in the spirit of the Labor party’s approach to the international relations.
He made the statement at a luncheon in the House of Commons with a delegation of the executive of the Histadrut, Israel’s Labor Federation. The luncheon was given by Trade Union members of Parliament.
