The official publication of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Berlin called today for abolition of the statute of limitations on murder to permit unlimited prosecution of Nazi war criminals. The publication, “Petrusblatt,” said the Government must not let prosecution be restricted by procedural difficulties which might frustrate the ends of Justice.
