The establishment of a Belgian Committee Against the Statute of Limitations for Nazi War Criminals by some 40 Belgian organizations was announced here today by Jean Brack, president of the new group, who said that the Committee had no political motives other than to fight against the prospect of statutes of limitations allowing Nazi war criminals to escape punishment. The committee has sent a letter to the West German Ambassador in Brussels, protesting against the prospect of the Bonn Government allowing the May 8 cutoff date to take effect.
