Twenty prominent Philadelphia civic, business and professional leaders departed from Kennedy International Airport on a goodwill mission to the State of Israel under the chairmanship of William H. Sylk, president of radio station WPEN, Philadelphia.

This group will meet with high government and labor officials, and will dedicate a 10,000-seat sports stadium at Hadera in honor of Joseph C. Scott, a Philadelphia Methodist. Mr. Scott will be a member of the delegation that will report to the citizens of Philadelphia on the achievements of Histadrut, the Israel labor movement which maintains a major network of medical, vocational training, cultural and rehabilitation services in the country.
