Communist East Germany Accused of Covering Up Swastika Incidents

The Committee of Free Jurists here charged today that the East German Government was attempting to block the disclosure of anti-Semitic incidents in that country, in which swastikas were smeared in a number of places earlier this month. The committee said the Communist government was trying to create the impression that swastika daubings occur only in West Germany.
