An agreement initiating an extensive new venture in Israeli technical assistance to rural agricultural development in Latin America was signed here today by Dr. Jose A, Mora, secretary-general of the Organization of American States and Israel Ambassador Harman, at the Pan-American Union headquarters here. Israeli experts will seek to aid Latin American nations to effect rural agriculture based on cooperative forms.
