A small thaw in the freeze between Mapai and the dissident Israel Workers List (Rafi) formed by formed Premier David Ben-Gurion emerged today with the disclosure that Mr. Ben-Gurion planned to resume tomorrow the regular weekly contributions he made to Davar, the organ of the Histadrut, Israel’s labor federation, before the split.
Tomorrow’s issue of Davar also will carry for the first time since the Rafi-Mapai split an article by Rafi leader and former Deputy Defense Minister Shimon Peres.
