Howard Samuels Seeks Nomination for Governor of New York

Howard J. Samuels, an industrial engineer active in Jewish affairs, announced last night his candidacy for the Democratic nomination for Governor of New York.

The candidate is chairman of the American Histadrut Cultural Exchange Institute, a member of the executive committee of the American Israel Public Affairs Commission, and served as chairman of the 1964 annual dinner of Boys Town of Jerusalem.
