Yitzhak Ben-Aharon, a leader of the Histadrut General Labor Federation of Israel and a member of the Knesset arrived here today to lecture and hold discussions with labor and management leaders, clergy, faculty and students in seminars at the Universities of California and Minnesota. Mr. Ben-Aharon’s lectures are being jointly sponsored by the universities and the American Histadrut Cultural Exchange Institute.
