Mr. Abrams’ acceptance was announced at a luncheon today in his honor by Dewey D. Stone, chairman of the board of governors of the Weizmann Institute. Guests of honor at the November 2 dinner will be Lord Sieff of London, chairman of the board of Marks & Spencer of Britain, and Brig. Gen.
