Norman S. Rabb, Boston philanthropist and civic leader, who is chairman of the inter-religious affairs committee of the American Jewish Committee, had an audience with Paul VI this morning. Mr. Rabb discussed the progress of Jewish-Christian relations in the United States since the Ecumenical Council promulgated the decree on the Jews a year ago this month. The decree promulgated by Pope Paul repudiated the charge of the collective guilt of the Jewish people for the death of Jesus.
