Soviet technicians have begun work on setting up, near Damascus, launching sites for anti-aircraft guided missiles, it was reported in the Sunday Telegraph today in a dispatch from Beirut. The report said that other Soviet missile sites are planned for installation in Syria near the Israeli border.
