The Haifa district court sentenced an infiltrator from Lebanon today to a 20-year prison term. The infiltrator, who confessed to a charge of armed incursion, was given 45 days to file an appeal. The defendant, whose name was withheld, was captured after a fierce battle with Israelis in which one border policeman and three other guerrillas were killed.
