Peruvian President Signs $930,000 Contract with Israeli Firm

President Fernando Belaunde Terry of Peru today signed a $930,000 contract with Tahal Water Planning Ltd., an Israeli firm. The agreement calls for the company’s Lima branch to complete a technical study for a small irrigation system in the coastal and Sierra region of the La Libertad Department in the northern part of the country. Payment will be made in five yearly installments.
