Rabbi Berl Aronovitz, former dean of the Hebrew Theological College of Chicago, died here Thursday at the age of 73. He was born in Vilna and was a descendant of the famous Gaon of Vilna. Rabbi Aronovitz served as dean of the Chicago college for 25 years, before his retirement six years ago. He was the author of works on the Bible and Hebrew grammar.
