Rabbi Henry E. Kagan, spiritual leader of Sinai Temple in Mount Vernon, has been appointed to the faculty of the Iona College Graduate Division of Pastoral Counseling, a Roman Catholic institution. A certified psychologist and an instructor in guidance at Columbia University, Rabbi Kagan will teach a seminar course in mental health and religion.
