A manifesto, signed by 450 prominent Argentine writers, artists, actors and other leading intellectuals expressing their solidarity with “any unjustly attacked nation” was presented today to Israel Ambassador Moshe Alon. The manifesto praised Israel for its efforts in fighting disease, underdevelopment and illiteracy.
