A new settlement in Israel’s northern area will be named after Pinhas Rosen, the former Minister of Justice, the Jewish Agency announced here today. Mr. Rosen observed his 80th birthday a few weeks ago. Mr. Rosen, for many years a member of the Jewish Agency Executive, was a General Zionist leader and a founder of the Progressive Party.
