The Israeli Chemists Association today requested the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization to find another site for the international chemists convention scheduled by UNESCO to be held in Prague next month. Stating that it will not send a delegation to this parley in Prague, the Israeli group linked its attitude to the “recent mysterious murder of Charles H. Jordan.”

The political committee of the Israeli section of the World Jewish Congress called upon Czechoslovakian authorities today to “undertake a thorough investigation of the circumstances that led to the death of Charles H. Jordan.” The committee felt that Jordan’s murder was the direct result of the anti-Jewish and anti-Israeli incitements in Czechoslovakia.”
