Mrs. Monroe Rosenthal to Head Women’s Ort Organization

Mrs. Monroe M. Rosenthal of New York was elected national president of Women’s American ORT at the organization’s 19th biennial national convention. The 1500 delegates also elected Mrs. David M. Goldring of West Orange, N.J., as chairman of the national executive committee.

Currently operating over 600 installations in over 22 countries, ORT is the world’s largest voluntary vocational training system. With 78,000 members in nearly 600 chapters, Women’s American ORT is the largest organization in 38 countries supporting the ORT program.
