Joseph Wulf, German-Jewish historian of the holocaust, was awarded today the “Plaque of the Lion of Saint Marks,” one of the prizes of the Venice Biennale. He was cited specifically for his book, “Theater and Film in the Third Reich.” Mr. Wulf is Berlin correspondent for the Jewish Telegraphic Agency.
