The World Zionist Congress will convene in Jerusalem next February 19, it was announced here today. The Jewish Agency Executive will open a series of meetings right after the Succoth holiday to prepare for the Congress and to discuss basic questions facing the Zionist movement.
It was also announced today that Chaim Vinitzky, director of the Israel Office of the United Israel Appeal, has been appointed director of the Zionist Congress Bureau.
