The National Council of Jewish Women will establish a center for research in education for the disadvantaged at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Mrs. Leonard H. Weiner, of Detroit, Council president announced. Mrs. Weiner said that the center will develop new methods to teach disadvantaged youths and adults. The project, which will accept applicants from all over the world, is part of the NCJW’s 75th anniversary special gifts campaign to raise $750,000 for its work at home and abroad.
