The only Jew currently in Australia’s Federal Parliament was reelected to a second six-year term in the Senate elections held here recently. He is Senator S. H. Cohen, deputy leader of the Labor Party, and an active leader of the Jewish community. Sen. Cohen is also vice president of the Victorian Friends of the Hebrew University.
