A Ramallah lawyer, Ibrahim Bakr, was deported to Jordan yesterday for inciting West Bank residents to refuse to cooperate with Israeli authorities. Bakr was banished from his home for three months last July for similar reasons, but resumed his subversive activities when the exile order expired.

A delegation of Arab bankers from East Jerusalem is meeting in Amman to discuss the possibilities of reopening the East Jerusalem branches of Jordanian banks that have been closed since the June war, it was learned here today. The Israel Government has so far refused proposals to reopen the banks, submitted by Jordanian authorities through the International Monetary Fund.
