Albert Parker, lawyer and communal worker who has been active in Israel causes for many years, has been elected president of the United Jewish Appeal of Greater New York. He succeeds Edward M. Warburg. Mr. Parker is chairman of the special conference of Jewish business and industrial leaders to be held in Jerusalem in June to plan the expansion of Israel’s industry.
