The foreign affairs department of the American Jewish Committee tendered an intimate farewell dinner tonight to Ambassador Avraham Harman of Israel and Mrs. Harman. Mr. Harman is shortly relinquishing his post to return to Israel. About 60 committee leaders and staff members whose functions brought them into association with the envoy, were present at the dinner.
