The Canadian Arab Federation will hold its first annual convention from May 17 through May 19 in the Royal York Hotel here. Dr. George Tomeh, head of the Syrian delegation to the United Nations, will be the principal speaker at the function which will run simultaneously with the plenary assembly of the Canadian Jewish Congress at the nearby Sheraton-King Edward Hotel. Other speakers will include the Pakistan and Lebanese envoys to the United Nations.
