The Soviet naval build-up in the Mediterranean is continuing according to a report in the London Daily Telegraph. A dispatch from Ankara said a Russian guided missile cruiser passed through the Bosphorus on Saturday bringing to 54 the number of Soviet warships in the Mediterranean. Two weeks ago the Russian aircraft carrier Moskva with a complement of amphibious marines and a fleet of troop-carrying helicopters entered the Mediterranean.
