Chief Leabua Jonathan, Prime Minister of Lesotho, yesterday visited Mayor Elias Bandak of Bethlehem and Sheikh Mohammed Ali Jaabari, the mayor of Hebron, in a tour of West Bank towns prior to his departure from Israel. The African head of Government was the guest of honor at a dinner given by Deputy Prime Minister Yigal Allon. Prime Minister Levi Eshkol is convalescing from a virus infection.
