Mayor Teddy Kollek of Jerusalem officially opened the fourth International Book Fair here. The event was attended by President Zalman Shazar and more than 100 visiting publishers and members of the local book trade. The first item on the agenda was presentation of the $2,000 Jerusalem Prize to the Italian author Ignazio Silone.
