Diplomatic representatives of Russia, Poland and Czechoslovakia walked out of a United Nations forum here when a letter protesting anti-Semitism in Eastern European countries was read from the platform. The reader was Dr. Luis Garrido, president emeritus of the Mexican Committee for the UN, a body made up of non-governmental organizations that cooperate with the UN.
