A Dutch group that says it aims to secure compensation from Israel for Palestinian refugees is sending a 10-member delegation to Lebanon, Syria and Jordan to study the refugee problem. The group calls itself the Dutch Palestine Committee. Its spokesman, the Dominican Father Jan Van Eupen, stressed that the committee is not anti-Semitic or anti-Israel. The delegation will contact El Fatah leaders in the various Arab countries.
