Lt. Gen. Odd Bull, chief of the UN Truce Supervision Organization team in the Mideast, will return here for consultations with Secretary-General U Thant tonight, a UN spokesman said. He was not expected to meet any Big Four members or parties to the Mideast conflict. His last visit here was about a year ago.
