Sisco Leaves for Moscow Bilateral Talks, Expected Back in a Week

Joseph J. Sisco, the Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, left today for Moscow to continue bilateral Mideast talks with Kremlin leaders. He is expected to return to Washington within a week, sources here said. The United States-Soviet consultations are expected to resume in consultations after the Moscow round, they said.
