Jewish religious books will be provided to Rumanian readers under a new library exchange agreement between the United States and Rumania announced here by the State Department.

The library exchange was signed in Bucharest on Sunday, it was disclosed, following the visit of President Richard M. Nixon. The U.S. library will be established in Bucharest by the U.S. Information Agency. A USIA official disclosed today that the agreement includes a clause guaranteeing no pre-censorship and that the USIA intends to stock the library with a number of books of Jewish religious interest. They will reflect the Reform, Conservative and Orthodox viewpoints, the official said.

The USIA also made known that reader interest will determine the addition of more Jewish publications and that the library will order titles requested.
