Mrs. Milton S. Jacobson of New York was elected national president of the Mizrachi Women’s Organization of America at the organization’s 44th annual convention here today. The Mizrachi Women adopted a $1,865,000 budget for child care, youth aliyah, social service and vocational education programs in Israel, the largest budget in the organization’s history. Mizrachi is a religious Zionist organization.
