The American Section of the World Jewish Congress has admitted the Jewish Reconstructionist Foundation to membership, re-elected chairman Mrs. Rose L. Halprin has announced. Other chairman elected were Herbert Berman, Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America; Jacob Katzman, Farbland-Labor Zionist Order; and Rabbi Stanley Rabinowitz, Rabbinical Assembly.
