Yuval Zaliouk of Israel has been awarded second prize in the 1970 finals of the Dimitri Mitropoulos International Music Competition. Zaliouk received the Silver Medal and $2,500. The competition is sponsored annually by the Women’s Organization of Federation of Jewish Philanthropies.
