The central committee of the Czechoslovakian Communist Party has blacklisted 50 prominent Czech liberals including a number of Jews and persons of Jewish origin. The Prague newspaper Rude Pravo published the blacklist yesterday. Among the names were Frantisek Kriegel, Kamil Winter, Ota Sik and Eduard Goldstucker. They are accused of responsibility for the reform program introduced by the Dubcek regime in 1968.
