Six saboteurs from Jordan were sentenced to prison terms of 10-20 years by a Ramallah military tribunal today after they were found guilty of armed infiltration into Israel-held territory. The saboteurs said they belonged to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine. During their trial they said that rival terrorist organizations based in Jordan were competing for recruits. They said each group was trying to outbid the other for new members.
