The Israel International Tennis Foundation announced today receipt of a $10,000 gift from Armistead B. Carter for the building of the Carter Tennis Center in Israel. Joseph D. Shane, chairman of the Foundation, said the Carter Center is already in the process of construction. Mr. Carter is an old time resident here.
